Terms of Agreement

Dear Customer!

Please read this agreement carefully before placing an order on the website krasko.shop.

This text constitutes a User Agreement between the online store Krasko, hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store,” and the user of the website, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer,” and sets out the terms for purchasing goods and using the service.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement is considered concluded between the Customer and the Online Store at the moment the order is placed.

1.2. The Agreement is a public offer. Placing an order on the website means the Customer fully and unconditionally agrees with the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. The Customer may be any individual or legal entity capable of paying for the order and accepting it within the delivery area.

1.4. Use of the website and its services is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and/or the European Union.

1.5. All prices on the website are indicated in euros (EUR), including VAT (if applicable), unless stated otherwise.

1.6. Payment is made in the national currency of the Republic of Cyprus — euros — using the payment methods available on the website.

1.7. The Online Store reserves the right to change the assortment, prices, and terms of sale without prior notice. Changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.

2. Order Placement and Fulfillment

2.1. Orders are placed through the Online Store’s website.

2.2. After placing an order, the Customer receives an electronic confirmation.

2.3. Delivery is carried out after payment confirmation and if the product is in stock.

2.4. If the product is out of stock, the store will notify the Customer and offer an alternative, a waiting period for restocking, or a refund.

2.5. The Online Store is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the delivery company or for errors due to incorrect data provided by the Customer.

3. Product Returns

Product returns are handled in accordance with the Return Policy published on the website.

Certain product categories are non-returnable under applicable law and the store’s internal policy (for example, paints, markers, paper, and personalized items).

4. Privacy

4.1. All data provided by the Customer is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4.2. The Online Store undertakes not to disclose personal data to third parties, except as required by law.

5. Other Provisions

5.1. The Online Store has the right to make changes to the terms of this Agreement unilaterally.

5.2. All disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

5.3. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

We do our best to ensure all products meet your expectations. If you wish to return an item, please contact us before sending it back.

This Return Policy applies to orders delivered within Cyprus, Greece and Germany.

A return is possible if:

• The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

• The item is unused and returned in its original condition, except for handling reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

• The item and its original packaging are returned in good condition.

• All components, accessories and parts of a set are included.

• The customer provides a receipt or other proof of purchase.

The packaging may be opened only as reasonably necessary to inspect the product. If the product or packaging has been damaged beyond what is necessary for inspection, the refund may be reduced to reflect any resulting loss in value.

A return is not possible:

• If the item has been used, damaged or altered beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

• If the item or set is incomplete or any included components are missing.

• For personalized or custom-made items, such as engraved gifts or custom-made products.

• In other cases where the right of withdrawal does not apply under applicable consumer protection law.

Consumable and art materials

Paints, markers, inks, adhesives and other consumable materials should only be opened or handled to the extent reasonably necessary to inspect them. Products that have been used, tested, mixed, applied or otherwise consumed may be subject to a reduction in the refund reflecting any loss in value.

Paper products, including notebooks, sketchbooks and loose paper, should be returned unused and in good condition.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by us, for example in the case of a confirmed defective, damaged or incorrect item.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after inspection. Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
