Terms of Agreement
Dear Customer!
Please read this agreement carefully before placing an order on the website krasko.shop.
This text constitutes a User Agreement between the online store Krasko, hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store,” and the user of the website, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer,” and sets out the terms for purchasing goods and using the service.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Agreement is considered concluded between the Customer and the Online Store at the moment the order is placed.
1.2. The Agreement is a public offer. Placing an order on the website means the Customer fully and unconditionally agrees with the terms of this Agreement.
1.3. The Customer may be any individual or legal entity capable of paying for the order and accepting it within the delivery area.
1.4. Use of the website and its services is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and/or the European Union.
1.5. All prices on the website are indicated in euros (EUR), including VAT (if applicable), unless stated otherwise.
1.6. Payment is made in the national currency of the Republic of Cyprus — euros — using the payment methods available on the website.
1.7. The Online Store reserves the right to change the assortment, prices, and terms of sale without prior notice. Changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.
2. Order Placement and Fulfillment
2.1. Orders are placed through the Online Store’s website.
2.2. After placing an order, the Customer receives an electronic confirmation.
2.3. Delivery is carried out after payment confirmation and if the product is in stock.
2.4. If the product is out of stock, the store will notify the Customer and offer an alternative, a waiting period for restocking, or a refund.
2.5. The Online Store is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the delivery company or for errors due to incorrect data provided by the Customer.
3. Product Returns
Product returns are handled in accordance with the Return Policy published on the website.
Certain product categories are non-returnable under applicable law and the store’s internal policy (for example, paints, markers, paper, and personalized items).
4. Privacy
4.1. All data provided by the Customer is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4.2. The Online Store undertakes not to disclose personal data to third parties, except as required by law.
5. Other Provisions
5.1. The Online Store has the right to make changes to the terms of this Agreement unilaterally.
5.2. All disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
5.3. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Return Policy
We do our best to ensure all products meet your expectations. However, if necessary, returns are possible only by prior agreement and under the following conditions:
A return is possible if:
• The item is new, unused, and in perfect condition.
• The packaging is unopened, undamaged, and shows no signs of being opened, resealed, or rewrapped.
• The customer provides a receipt or proof of purchase.
• The return was agreed with the store in advance, with photo evidence showing the condition of the item.
A return is not possible:
• If the packaging is missing or damaged.
• For paints, markers, inks, adhesives, and other consumable materials, even if partially opened.
• For paper products (notebooks, sketchbooks, loose paper) if the packaging is broken.
• If the item shows even minimal signs of use (stains, marks, damage).
• If the set is incomplete or the item was part of a kit.
• For personalized or custom-made items (e.g., engraved gifts, custom frames).
• If the item is returned without prior agreement with our customer service.
Additional conditions:
• Return delivery costs are covered by the customer, unless otherwise specified (for example, in case of a confirmed manufacturing defect).
• We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the above requirements.

Delivery and Payment
Delivery
We deliver orders across the Republic of Cyprus.
• Delivery is handled by courier services (ACS, Akis Express, or similar).
• Delivery cost is calculated at checkout and paid separately, unless stated otherwise.
• Estimated delivery time is usually 1–3 business days from the moment payment is confirmed.
Please make sure your contact details are correct — an accurate address and phone number are essential for successful delivery.
Payment
You can pay for your order using the following methods:
• Online payment via a secure payment service Viva Wallet;
• Bank transfer (SEPA) — payment details will be provided after checkout.
All prices are listed in euros (EUR).
Orders are processed after payment is received.
